For the past two months, I have met with the ministerial staff to plan how and where we will lead Peninsula in the next five years. We have asked hard questions of ourselves as well as the programs that we currently offer. We want to be confident that we provide you the best opportunities to grow in your faith. We have spent many hours already asking “why we do what we do” and “what else do we need to be doing” to help you grow as a disciple of Christ. I am so pleased with our progress thus far. But we still have a ways to go.
